My Master Plan for my advocacy in 2012:

I need to pilot my campaigns in a barangay in La Union. Once it becomes successful then all theLocal Government Units of La Union would follow as we bring it to the capital of La Union the centre of the arts of the province. La Union was created for the soul purpose of uniting the tribes of the Ilocanos, the Pangasinenses, and the rest of the tribes in the Cordilleras. Once I have proven my campaigns are effective then I would go back to my hometown Baguio City, the light of the North as I need to get the sentiments of my people. Then only then can we unite the whole of the "Ilocandia" (the Ilocano speaking provinces) with a common united economy. I would like to believe that the Ilocanos are the easiest "tribe", so-to-speak, in the Philippines because of the basic reason that they all fall in one land mass as compared to the Visayans divided by the archipelagos. Once the Ilocanos show that with a united economy they can double thier profits then and only then would Cebu reach out to its fellow Visayans that comprises 2/3 of Mindanao and the majority of the Visaya's group of Islands. Then all their sons and daughters would go back to their provinces as opportunities abound. Manila will then follow as it reaches out to all the Tagalog speaking provinces of the South of Luzon. Then the Pampanguenos, Bicolanos, Hiligaynons, Warays, Palaoeños, Chavacanos, and our Muslim brothers and sisters would follow. The Filipnos are the "Universal Solvent" because they can assimilate to all the cultures of the world without losing their sense of identity. Making them the true citizens of the world as this race is burdened to unite the whole of humanity with their warmth that transcends all denominations.

Together as all the 12 major tribes of the Philippines, then the eyes of Asia would be locked on us. With the Philippines leading the way together with Australia and South Korea as we convince China that the only way stabilize and prolong its sovereignity is to unite the whole of Asia with a common monetary unit and as English as the unifying language. The Green Economy is possible to prosper in Asia as Agriculture abounds.

The Europeans and North America would unite with Asia as it reached out to the continent of Africa. The final frontier lies in the continent of South America. Humanity would understand that the only way our species would survive is if we unite the whole of Humanity as humans are social beings and we can not live alone.
